We plan, design, and manage weddings end-to-end, from the first spark of an idea to the final goodbye hug. Think of us as your planning partners, creative collaborators, problem-solvers, and calm-in-the-chaos team. You bring the story, we bring the palette (and the plan!).
Do you only do big, luxury weddings?
Not at all. We also love intimate, meaningful celebrations just as much as large-scale destination weddings. Whether it’s 50 guests or 500, our focus is on creating an experience that feels warm, personal, and so you.
When should we ideally start working with you?
The earlier, the better, especially if you’re planning a destination wedding or multiple events. That said, we also step in mid-way or even closer to the wedding date if you need structured coordination, design support, or on-ground execution.
How involved will we need to be during the planning process?
As involved as you’d like to be. Some couples love every detail; others prefer big-picture approvals. We adapt to your comfort level, keeping you informed, aligned, and stress-free while we handle the heavy lifting.
Do you offer destination wedding planning?
Yes, we do! We have trusted vendors and partners across India and abroad. From venue coordination to travel, accommodation, décor logistics, and guest communication, we manage destination weddings seamlessly so you can actually enjoy being the host.
Do you take on a limited number of weddings each season?
We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings to ensure focused attention, quality planning, and seamless execution for every client.
Will someone from your team be present throughout the wedding?
You will have a single dedicated wedding planner as your primary point of contact throughout the planning and execution process. They are supported by our experienced team on-ground across venues, ceremonies, hotels, and guest touchpoints, coordinating, troubleshooting, and quietly making sure everything runs smoothly.
How large is your on-ground wedding planning team?
The size of the on-ground team depends on the scale and complexity of the wedding, ensuring adequate support for ceremonies, guests, and vendors.
How do you manage multiple weddings at the same time?
Each wedding is assigned a separate planning and execution team. We never share key team members across events, ensuring full focus on every wedding.

Vendor Management
Will you help us with vendors or do we need to find them ourselves?
We’ve got you covered. We work with cherry picked vendors who we highly recommend. Working with our vendors will ensure a one-stop solution for you and coordination becomes easier for us. Based on your style, vibe, and budget, we match you with trusted vendors, from photographers and decorators to anchors, entertainers, stylists, and caterers. If you already have vendors in mind, we’re happy to collaborate with them too.
Will you work with vendors we pick?
Yes. We will work with vendors you pick and coordinate with them to ensure smooth execution, provided we are part of the conversations you have with them.
Design and Decor
Can you help us define a wedding concept or theme?
Absolutely! Many couples come to us with a feeling, not a full Pinterest board. Through conversations, moodboards, colour palettes, and design discussions, we translate your personalities, outfits, and preferences into a cohesive wedding vision.
Can you help with wedding invitations?
Of course. We assist with the design and printing of custom invitations, both physical and digital.
Can you help with wedding websites?
We can support you in creating wedding websites that help guests access schedules, locations, updates, and important information, all in one place. If you wish to custom create a website, then we can connect you with a suitable designer.
What about décor, do you design or only execute?
We do both. Our in-house design and décor team creates moodboards, layouts, and renderings inspired by your vision and outfits. Every element is carefully planned, measured, safety-checked, and executed with attention to detail.
Ceremonies
Do you handle traditional ceremonies as well as modern celebrations?
Yes, and this is one of our strengths. We deeply respect cultural traditions and rituals while designing celebrations that feel contemporary and elegant. From coordinating with priests to a complete program flow, we ensure ceremonies are authentic and beautifully executed.
Why should I hire a core ceremonies planning team?
A core ceremonies team ensures that wedding rituals are conducted smoothly, on time, and according to tradition, without confusion or miscommunication among vendors or family members.
Hospitality and Logistics
Do you provide detailed schedules?
We create curated program flows and detailed run-of-show documents covering rituals, entries, performances, speeches, cues, and transitions, so everyone knows what’s happening, when, and where.
How do you manage guests, travel, and logistics?
Our logistics and communications team handles rsvp, tracking of arrivals and departures, pick up from airport/ railway station; hotel check ins, room allocations, placement of welcome hampers and ferrying of guests. Guests are given real-time updates on schedules, directions, and movement between venues. We also set up guest help desks and transport coordination teams to assist guests.
Event Management
Do you suggest options for guest engagement and entertainment?
As part of planning a curated experience for your wedding we suggest entertainment, activities, and games, to keep the guests engaged. This includes curated show flows and artist bookings to celebrity engagement, games, dances and interactive guest experiences. We ensure the energy stays just right throughout your events.
Do you suggest options for special entries?
We believe that the bride and groom should enter the venues in style and each instance should be special and memorable. As a part of the curated experience we suggest special entries.
Can you help with wedding gifting and hampers?
Definitely. From welcome hampers to bride & groom kits, bridesmaid/groomsmen hampers, return favors, and the South Indian bags, we curate, source, custom-pack, and distribute gifts that feel thoughtful and memorable.
How do you handle last-minute changes or emergencies?
Calmly and quickly. Weddings are live events, and flexibility is key. Our team is trained to handle delays, weather changes, guest issues, and last-minute requests without passing the stress on to you.
